In the paint shops, Italdoor’s skilled operators carry out expert spray-lacquering to obtain a variety of finishes: glossy or semi-matt, and with a smooth or brushed gloss finish. Each of these processes, which are automated and manual, reproduces the skilled craftsman operations of another era, and is carried out by highly-specialized operators. Automated spraying can be used for components of all shapes, and guarantees constant quality. The components are dried in dust-free pressurized cabins, with all the advantages of large-volume production runs.
