The database of master samples, filed in sequence for every batch produced, is constantly updated, as is the database for each individual customer.

Panels, semi-finished products and varnishes are carefully checked by the company's specialized operators prior to the commencement of the production cycle and at every stage of the process. In addition, Italdoor integrates with the customer's quality system using accredited independent laboratories to check at every stage of the process that the material produced is fully compliant with the requirements laid down in the technical standards for the sector. The tests are conducted in accordance with European, Italian and International standards or according to specifically requested norms.
